Protecting the Maritime Domain from Pier to Policy

CWO4 USCG (Ret.)  |  30 Years Federal Service

About

Cascadia Maritime Group is led by TJ Waggoner, a retired U.S. Coast Guard Chief Warrant Officer 4 with 30 years of federal service in counterintelligence, criminal investigations, and maritime security operations.

As Senior Investigations Officer for USCG Pacific Area and Security Manager for Maritime Security Response Team West, TJ led high-stakes investigations, complex threat assessments, and security program management across the full maritime domain.

CMG brings a rare combination of federal law enforcement credibility and deep operational familiarity with the Puget Sound naval-industrial corridor — providing clients with insight and access that generalist consultants cannot replicate.
